Shipping & Payment

SHIPPING / HANDLING

  • All orders will be shipped out within two working days upon receipt of payment.
  • We will mail orders to the address that you have entered during your checkout process. If there is no address given, we will mail the orders to the address stated in your PayPal account.
  • Prices stated do not include postage charges.
  • All shipping will be handled by Singpost
  • For more information on shipping rates and delivery time, please visit http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel/postage-rates.html.
  • Charges for local normal postage (no tracking of parcel provided): a flat rate of $1.50.
  • Charges for international normal postage (no tracking of parcel provided): a flat rate from $5 onwards, depending on designated country. Postage amount will be stated upon completion of your designated delivery address.
  • Charges for registered postage (tracking of parcel provided): top up additional $2.25. 
    To ensure that your parcel reaches you, myntshop highly encourages you to opt for registered postage. Once your parcel has been shipped out, we will send you an email with the parcel tracking number. You can log on to www.singpost.com.sg to track your parcel. 

PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • We accept payment through Paypal and STRIPE (Credit Cards) for all purchases.
  • For alternative payment mode, kindly email us at ask.myntshop@gmail.com, and we will try our best to assist you further.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

  • All sales and transactions made are final.
  • All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Any case of refund or exchange is subjected to verification and will be handled discreetly.
  • In case of unavailability of a full exchange of the same item, customers can opt for an exchange of another item (top-up may be required for a higher-priced item).
